Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Seminar
Eligible for Certification with NCCDP*

This full-day training is the first step to national certification as a 
Certified Dementia Practitioner or CDP

Registration at 7:30 AM
Class 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Up to 7 Nursing CE Contact Hours are available through CEU Network, also available for SW, AT, and Rehab Therapists
